Why should I use SSIP-Links? - if you are a personal or 'small' web-site owner wanting to get more traffic to your web-site, you should use SSIP-Links What's the cost to me? - nothing, they're free - except for a bit of your time What are SSIP-Links? - they are links, in your Web-Site, to other Web-Sites - that's all. Why use them? - most 'search-engines' ignore new personal web-sites when 'web-crawling' - looking for sites to include in their register - because they provide little chance of any income, and less chance of being interesting to searchers. They do look at the number of times your site has been visited and how many other sites, link to yours - both of which are likely to be small in number - and invariably personal web-sites fall below 'the required criteria' in these areas, hence we don't get included in 'search-engine' registers. By using SSIP-Links, you will increase both of these variables. But I can submit my site to lots of search-engines - true, but its unlikely that your site will get included even then. Try it - wait 6 weeks and do a search - you're still not likely to be included , come back and try SSIP-Links!! How do they work? - The most visited web-sites (Yahoo, AOL etc.) are well known and rely on many individuals coming to them (many to one). Personal and small web-sites do not have that fame, and with 'search-engine' criteria set the way they are, it is unlikely that they would ever attract numerous visitors, or have numerous web-sites linking to them. The big advantage Personal and Small Web-sites have is that they can be... many to many - we are individuals, and can adopt SSIP-Links immediately, spreading quickly throughout the Web, and raising the profile of our sites very rapidly by using the many to many connections that SSIP-Links provide. These are Web-Sites that I link to - and they link to this Web-Site. Copy these Web-Site details to your Web-Site (SSSIP-Links Page), and Link to them.
